Timber framed building with overhanging or ‘tiered’ 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The floors are removeable via the removeable roofs. Visible parts are prepainted with black mountboard timber framing.

This model is based on Preston Town hall at the time of the Battle of Preston in 1715 but is typical of the more elaborate buildings found in many towns and cities across Europe. Size when built 130 x 160 x 60mm.When multiple models are placed side by side these will form a nice terrace for a townscape setting.
